Where are my faxes?

I RECEIVED ONE, BUT CANNOT DOWNLOAD IT. WHEN I CLICK DOWNLOAD, RC SIMPLY DOWNLOADS A CSV FILE AND NOT THE FAX.

DIDN'T MEAN TO SHOUT - JUST FORGOT THE CAPS ON...is this better?
