I am the administrator of our company's RC account. We currently have 3 users. After the initial call is made to us, if our receptionist does not answer the phone, RC will pick it up and the call will roll over to me. I don't know if it specifically to my Extension or not. BUT, oddly enough, when my extension is ringing, my iPad starts to ring. Well, my Ipad is NOT a phone and I am completely stumped as to what to do. Any help would be appreciated! THANK YOU EVERYONE!
