What does it mean when it says "line unregistered" on my desktop phone?

I am an admin and have a cisco spa525g with a sidecar. On my 'presence' settings I have 5 names. But on the actual phone I only see 4 and the fifth line is lit up red. When I select the line my display says line 5 is unregistered. Help.
