Trying to setup Polycom Soundstation IP 6000 Conference phone.
Line it is plugged into is functioning, I have added it to my ring central phones via website.
Still, the phone continues to to say it's initializing and keeps rebooting.
I am not sure if there is something minor I am missing.
On ring central website, it does say phone is active, but offline.
Help.
