Has this been solved?  I'd be interested in adding the option to my email signatures as well.

I have had RingMe in my email signature for years.  First select the RingMe button of your choice, and save it to your computer.  Next, paste the button where you want it into your signature.  Then drag your mouse over the button and click on INSERT HYPERLINK.  Paste the RingMe hyperlink, and that should work.
