Does the Polycom Soundpoint 335 support 3-way calling when both parties are already on Line 1 and Line2? If one has two calls on hold, picks up line 1, hits CONF and then selects line 2; the phone places line 1 on hold and picks up line 2. I cannot get the lines to conference.
CONF only works when I have one party on the phone and then hit CONF to dial and extension or external number.
