Why aren't faxes appearing in my Inbox?

Perhaps this is a "setting" problem. In the old interface, faxes appeared and could be downloaded through the Overview screen - even after they had been delivered via e-mail.

I have read the FAQ that explains that faxes and voicemails should now be downloaded through the Messages > Inbox path. However, no faxes or voicemails ever appear in my Inbox. It is always empty.

Could you please explain what needs to be changed so that vms and faxes are available in my Inbox?
