How can I change the option on the phone to either ring or have someone speaking?

SOMEONE CALLS THE OFFICE AND YOU HEAR A MESSAGE SAYING WE WILL CONNECT YOUR CALL ANY MOMENT. I WANT IT TO RING AND THEN ONE OF US IN THE OFFICE TO PICK IT UP
