Why can't I receive faxes from a physical fax machine?

I have one fax machine that is having problems faxing to our RingCentral fax. It's a traditional fax machine.

It doesn't have trouble faxing to any other numbers. But ours may be the only VOIP fax number it sends to. When they try to send to our RingCentral number it fails every time.

Any ideas why it might be having this problem?
