My on-demand call recording option is not working. When I press *9 it gives the custom prompt that the call is being recorded. I press *9 again to end the recording and it gives the command that the call HAS been recorded. When I go to retrieve my recorded convo, there is nothing under Activity Log in the Call recording section nor is there anything under Messages or in the Overview Tab. This is becoming frustrating for my business....Any thoughts?
