Why is there an echo when calls are transferred to my mobile or desk phone?
I'm a long time Ring Central user, but wanted to tell you that the "echo" effect for relay calls is really bad and always has been. As my business grows I'm getting to where this is not acceptable.
Can you advise? Is there a work around or anything that can be done?
It's like a half second delay - - so you end up talking over the caller and vice versa.
