My organization recently added two additional phones a few months ago. Within the past month or so, we've been having intermittent dropped calls and poor voice and internet connections. This is an intermittent problem that doesn't seem to happen when I'm in the office so it's hard to capture when it's happening. Right now, I'm ending up having to making theoretical guesses as to the source of this problem. We plan on expanding in the future to add more workstations and more phones.
I have a Netgear FS605 switch (layer 1 switch, no MAC, etc). Currently, we have 6 workstations and 5 VoIP phone.
The question: Is this switch a problem or am I barking up the wrong tree?
