Why can't I open a case to try and find out why I can't renew my plan on a YEARLY basis? I've had the same yearly pay plan for 6 years now and It's not an option on the renewal page. To try and email or chat with anyone there about it is impossible...When I try to open a case it seems to be telling me to call (and it's after hours). This IS the digital age right? VERY FRUSTRATING!
