How do I disable the default greeting and use a custom greeting instead?

Currently when a caller calls our number they get our recorded greeting and then there is a pause and then the ringcentral automated voice comes on and tells them that they are being sent to an extention. I would like all calls to get the recorded greeting and then be able to leave a message with no ring central woman's voice telling them there is no one to answer thier call. How can I change the setting to achieve this result?
