I would like to upload using the RC csv template but cannot seem to find it on the RC support site.  Can you direct me or link the file here?

What is the correct format to import from CSV? Why is it a secret?
I have a csv with 5000 names and numbers but get this error when I try to import
Internal error occurred [Could not to parse file]

I have just installed the softphone onto my computer. I have a plethora of contacts in my local windows folder (all *.vcf files) and none of them show in my softphone contacts list. I have also created a *.CSV file which is also completely ignored by softphone.

I would like to know how I can access these contacts from softphone WITHOUT manually entering them 1 by 1.

Any ideas would be welcome.

Save them as csv and then ask RC for the import template. Not sure why the template isn't readily available?
