How do you record a RingCentral call?

Hi, I know that I have recording enabled on my conference line, but I don't know how to turn it on. I tried "*9" before someone joins and after someone joins, but I don't hear a prompt saying that anything is being recorded.

How do you record a conference call/ any call?
