Why has the Softphone stopped receiving faxes?

My Fax controller has stopped receiving faxes. I came over when you bought the Extreme Fax Service. This weekend the fax controller stopped syncing calls. I have tried the rename the folder and restart the controller solution with no luck. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

I have the same problem, tried support, they renamed the folder, but no luck, uninstalled and re-installed but still no solution to this problem!!
