Our UK emergency client lines not operating: we can't log-on to accounts as the number/passowrds are not recognised; the email contact has been taken down from website; no answer on phones in USA - and our phone numbers are not recognised in their automated system. The website has no useful information (all our contact to Ring Central is from external lines - not internal to Ring Central) - and the tiny bit you supply is difficult to find. There's no intercept on the phone lines to say what's happening or even to acknowlewdge there's a problem. So - real failings both on service provision level and on information supply. We are now a very unhappy client considering finding an alternative service provider - we cannot have lines go down like this. Marlowe Russell, PLMR Ltd
