what the hell is going on with the service in the UK???!!! My business has been without the ability to receive calls all morning - and the error report is still at amber and hasn't been updated in hours. And with your "support" line constantly engaged this seems to be the only other way to try and fish for an answer. This is shocking service and simply not good enough - and whilst I appreciate that generally the service is smooth this is showing a real issue with this service when something goes wrong.
