I have one department with two members. I'd like to limit RingCentral to make one (simultaneous) attempt to contact all department member before going to voicemail, rather than having RingCentral try multiple times within the department one minute minimum hold time. Is this possible either in department settings or in an individual user setting somewhere? thanks.
