Why are outbound calls ringing then giving a busy signal?

Today for some reason lots of our users are reporting that when they try to make outbound local calls, it rings once or twice, then goes to a fast busy. Why is this, and how do we fix it?

This was a brief (2-hour) service interruption. For future reference, the best place to check the status of the RC system is our Support Center ( http://success.ringcentral.com).

We have the same problem.  It does not happen every time, it appears to be random, but it is a big problem when you have people trying to dial out and cannot. Please fix this problem.
