Why can't I connect using the FaxOut API?

We have successfully integrated FaxOut API ( http://service.ringcentral.com/faxout...) in our system a long time now. But recently just two days ago, we have changed our password and when we test the API, it keeps returning "1" - Authorization failed even if we have provided the correct credentials.

Please help us solve this issue, thanks!
