Why can't I use the Softphone on my computer?

Successfully installed softphone on 32-bit computer. Installed again on 64-bit computer but softphone did not collect voicemails or record other contacts. Call customer support and tried to fix it. Not successful. Now I must download a new softphone everytime I'm on the 64-bit computer.
Need to straighten this out asap.
