For the last month, When someone calls after business hours, they have not been able to leave a message. They hear my custom greeting (over & over), but can't leave a message. No-one can fix it. 2-3 level 1 techs and two 2nd level tech support people have tried. Today, the Tech named Jay (Chay) called my number unsuccessfully several times, then was once allowed to leave a short test message. I only know this because it showed up on my summary page - I was hung up on. He never came back to me after I was put on hold - for about 1/2 an hour. I immediately called my Ring central # to see for myself that it was working. Unfortunately, he was just lucky once. My 2 calls, from home & cell phone, were NOT allowed to leave a message. This is typical of how it has been - occasionally it works, most times not. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS! This number is on all my marketing. Can anyone help?! 757-251-0814
