Why am I unable to reactivate my account?

It's a mess! I am waiting for 2 year for a simple answer of a support inquiry. our corporate account has been suspended suddenly. we are trying desperately to reactivate the account. despite the credit card details are all correct the card is either refused or we get a maintenance message! does anyone know how to contact them
