Is it possible to setup a forwarding schedule for calls?
I need to be able to set a forwarding schedule - we have 40 users and I have them take calls in 4 hours shifts 1 day per week - so I need to be able to set up a schedule - Monday from 6 am - 10 am calls forward to ext x, from 10 am - 2 pm calls forward to ext y, etc. Any ideas how to do this in a way that the callers can still get to hear our greeting? (forwards after the greeting plays). I have tried to follow the "rules setting" but it isn't working.
