How do I transfer my desk phone to another extension?

User/Extension swap. I have a user with a phone (me, the admin) - x101. I have a user with an extension only - x148 and no phone. I want to give the user @ 148 my phone and my extension becomes an extension only (no phone). This seems easy enough, but I can't figure out how to pull it off without making a mess.
