How do I forward incoming calls automatically to my mobile phone?

My settings have mysteriously been changed. When people dial into my company #, it goes into an automatic recording of a voicemail from a former employee. How do i get back to a simple solution of: Very simply, here is what I am trying to do: 1. When people call 541 312-5852 I want it to forward to my cell 949 584-4705 without me having to enter #1 2. If I do not answer the call, I want the call to forward to 503 670-1013 Thank you very much, David
