question

I just switched to a new laptop and the softphone is not allowing me to make calls from the softphone like before, it is only giving me the RingOut option. I am able to receive calls just fine. This has happened to me before but it doesn't happen often enough so I can't remember what to do. What I have already done: Logged into the admin account > clicked on phones > confirmed that my extension is connected to the correct computer. From the softphone I have clicked on option > dialing. It won't allow me to select the softphone option. I wish I remembered what I did last time! Thanks for any help. -Jackie
