Why can't I get all extensions to ring when a call comes in?

I have 4 users and the company hours set to 24hours. When someone calls I want all the phones to ring simultaneously. If someone is on the phone I need it to ring everyone else as well. If nobody answers I would like it to go to a voicemail prompt / auto attendant "To leave a message in general mailbox press 0, for Mike press 1, for Bla press 2, etc." When they press the extension it goes directly to that person's voicemail. How do I set this up? Please help! I spent literally 2:40 minutes on the phone with RC help yesterday. That's 2 hours and 40 minutes!!!!!!!!!

So what's the answer for this? This is something we need to implement ASAP. Thank you.

That is pretty simple to do.

Under Groups, create a call queue, add all the phones to the Queue, and under Call Handling for that queue select "simultaneous".  Then you can have your inbound number sent directly to the call queue.

You can then create a custom message for the queue that gives instructions to transfer calls to individual voice mailboxes by pressing the individual's extension.
