I have had many issues with this service. We recently created a department to have two phones ringing at once. With that, the phone rings significantly longer than it is supposed to (set to four, clients report 2 minutes worth of rings before we even receive the call). Also, my set contacts from my previous phone setup do not show up on the phone. Is there a way to use presence rather than the department for this need? Also, how can we take care of the lengthy ring issue? I've spoken with customer service a number of times and this issue hasn't been resolved.
