We are a 501(c)3 corporation and do not pay sales tax. I was told prior to signing a contract that we would not be charged sales tax and that the Sales Rep, Andrew Wazny would ensure we were not charged sales tax. Well since July, 2013 we have been charged sales tax every month. Ring Central now tells me that we have to request a refund EVERY month of the state sales taxes. This has made us reconsider extending our contract with Ring Center past our one year contract. Very unprofessional.
