Cisco SPA232D ATA Setup

I have a Cisco SPA232D ATA with 4 DECT handsets. The handsets work fine, but the analog phone/fax plugged into the phone port only gives a beeping sound and does not function. Ring Central Tech Support doesn't seem to exist on weekends. Can anyone help?
