Remove Banner from Email-to-fax

Remove RingCentral Banner from fax footer. As per this support doc ( http://success.ringcentral.com/knowledge/TOCArticleRendererPkb.apexp?id=kA280000000Grc1&retURL=http%3A%2F%2Fsuccess.ringcentral.com%2Fapex%2FRCSupportPortalSearchNew%26type%3DFAQ%26id%3DkA280000000Grc1CAC%26Title%3DRemoving+the+RingCentral+Banner+from+the+RingCentral+fax+cover+page) I'd like to have customer service remove this banner from the faxes we send out from our company via the email-to-fax function. Please apply this to all of our extensions and departments. thank you
