The mute (red) button on my Cisco phone has been flashing since I changed routers. I can make calls, but cannot receive calls.

I recently updated my router (from wirelessG to wirelessN). When I first plugged my phone into the router the mute button started intermittently flashing. I unplugged the phone from the router and power, then plugged everything back in. The flashing stopped for about an hour but came back. I am not able to receive calls but I can make calls. DND is OFF.
