who is going to fix the issue i am experiencing with ring central?

for at least the past two weeks if not more, i have been calling support for quality of call issue. jumpy, choppy lines coming in. people can't hear me right, or i can hear them very well. sound like a cell connection that will soon be dropped. it has been progressively getting worse, & even with my 10 or more calls and open cases about the issue, ring central keeps claiming it is my internet connection, however, all of my numbers are forwarded to 'land lines', and those are in 3 different locations, so it has 'nothing' whatsoever with my internet connection. it is a problem on ring centrals end. can anyone help me to figure out who i can contact to help solve this problem?

I have the same problem. For over a year. I am running a legal practice, and most likely will have to leave ring central after using them for over 5 years.  No one there cares to fix the problem - or maybe they simply cant?

Nir, I would like to know what your configuration is like.  The type of IP phones you are using, the way your network is setup and the type of internet connection you have in place.  I have many customers using Ring central and almost always it is a local network issue that is causing the problem and not just Internet bandwidth.

you could contact me directly if you like to discuss options furrther

thanks
