Loosing out on business as clients with local land lines (520) cannot reach my (520) ring central number ?

Just sent out 700 client letters with my new ring central number with area code 520. Anybody calling from a cell phone gets through, but sofar anyone calling from a local landline (served by either century link or cox) gets a message that number not available - this is a huge problem. Anyone has a solution ??
