In the RingCentral iPhone app's advanced settings, the times for my extension's call handling rules are off by exactly four hours from what I've set them on the RingCentral web site, as if the extension were in a different time zone. (It's not.) I used to have this problem with the advanced settings for the rules for company greetings, but RingCentral's support team fixed that. (Posting here, because I can't open a case - it redirects to the main page.)
