How to add contacts to the account and then how to send fax to all of them

Hello, I have few questions. 1. I am trying to add my contacts in the data base, how ever i have it on xlsx file and it is asking me for CSV file, how can i convert those contact to CSV file 2. Can I send fax to multiple fax number, something like the mass email blast. Thank you for your time.
