Can you view a sent fax?

I have to prove that I not only sent a fax (which I can already do) but also prove what was contained in the fax. Is it possible to view a fax that was sent?

No, that does NOT work unless your fax was sent LESS than two or three weeks ago. If you are trying to find an older fax, say three months ago, it is NOT there. That is a problem. I am paying for this service, there should be a way I can get older faxes from my system.

I was following this post, I have the same situation only goes back 35 days and see the fax and the number sent but unable to retrieve the actual fax document that I sent. Is there a solution out there? I did not see it in this post.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled RingCentral Desktop App only shows Incoming Faxes, not faxes that I've sent.. I'd really like to be able to see the faxes that I've sent to others via the desktop app but I can't seem to find a way to view both the Incoming and Outgoing faxes.

Faxed documents are only kept for 90 days and then purged? Is this true?

If you are referring to sent faxes it's actually just 30 days.  As of today these storage limits are still in effect.
