Polycom 335 Phone - Pausing

Daily i switch back and forth between calling out from two different extensions from my desk. Each extension is tied back to displaying different caller ID's and it's critical that I always remember to dail out from the proper extension. The extensions i used are 101 and 201. 101 is the default. So to use extension 201, I have to pick up my phone and dial 201, then hit *, enter that extensions passcode, and then I can press 3 to enter the number I would like to make an outgoing call from that extension to. Is there a faster way to do this? Can I append the extension # to the phomne # i want to dial in any way? If not, is it possible to set up a speed dial on my phone with pauses that will allow me to quickly do the above steps to enter that extension and be at the prompt to enter my # to make an outgoing call to? I haven't been able to figure that out - adding pauses to a speed dial. Seems like it must be pretty basic and I'm missing something. Any other ideas on how to easily get to this same end result of calling out from the other extension would be appreciated. Thanks

You could use the online portal to switch the outgoing Caller ID information.  It does depend how the numbers are setup in your account.

You could only choose between a company number, the number on the phone or "Restricted"

How are the numbers you are switching between setup?
