Why don't ALL of my pages scan when sending a fax?

I can only fax ONE page when using RIngCentral fax feature. My scanner is fine, it scans all the pages through but the software only pulls the very first page in. I am not the only one with this issue but it doesn't seem to be resolved. Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

If you have a newer printer or windows 8 softphone is not compatible only in the area that it will not scan in multiple pages. So you will have to scan each individual page or scan the document to your desktop first and then attach from their. 

I was on live chat with a rep of ring central and he said that is something they are hoping to change next update.
