question

I am having issues faxing PDF files. I cannot fax from the icon in the try but have to go through the website, cross my fingers, and hope it goes through. Once it a while it works, but more times than not it does not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program to no avail. It worked perfectly fine until about a week ago and now I cannot get it to do much of anything.
