@Ben Foster: What settings would you use when using Audacity, as the settings you suggested in the other thread titled "Why is my custom hold music so distorted?" are not available. I know that 16-bit PCM is the lowest available when using Audacity. Is there another program we could use to choose the settings you recommended? You marked the other thread as solved and I don't believe it is. Please advise and thanks!
