For recordings under the Screening, Greeting & Hold Music menu, when you clicked on Blocked Numbers it brings up the following: 1. Block calls and faxes with no Caller ID: 2. Calls from Pay Phones: Under what callers will here, there is no way to upload a custom message. Can this be changed? Quite a while ago, I asked for a list of ALL recordings available under RingCentral. To date, I have received nothing. I recently had a professional voiceover do all of our recordings, including the two recordings for blocked calls and calls from pay phones, as we wanted all recordings on our account to be with the same voice. Come to find out, we cannot upload those custom messages under blocked calls. Please advise!
