It's frustrating that these threads are not actively watched and managed by RingCentral Staff. One has to go days, and sometimes weeks before a response is seen. I've also sent countless emails to my account executive, who hasn't bothered to return my emails. He sure replied in a quick manner to lure me in as a customer though!!! Please address the lag in response time for your RingCentral customers! Please press 1 if you think this is a problem! Thank You!
