Notification of incoming call

I would like to be notified of an incoming call 'when I am on the phone'. right now the extension lights blink, but there is NO audible alert of an incoming call... If I am on the phone and someone intercoms me I get a beep similar to call waiting... It would be nice if maybe the phone made some noise...There are some days I am the only one in the office and if I do not hear another phone ring down the hall I am missing calls and this is not acceptable.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled How do you remove the new call notification sound when already on a call?. how do i stop the beep in the handset every time a second call comes in, it beeps on every ring of the phone ....... MAKE IT STOP....... BEFORE I KILL....LOL

Our company is a call center and we can have as many as 8 incoming calls at a time the Beep interrupts the current call with each ring of the 8 calls making the the hearing of customer information impossible. MAKE IT STOP. We are in out free trial period for out phones and are ready to return them if this problem cannot be solved.
