question

I've been part of a company plan for ~ 1 year and have had multiple multiple issues from my home office. I've spent many hours on the phone with tech support and it has not resolved anything longterm. OS 7 home prem, outlook 2007, modem speed 10 down .7 up. I just wonder if it could be a compatibility issue with my Plantronics CS50 USB head set. Problems = frequent choppy calls, unable to hear caller until I click on hold then off hold (discovered this by experimenting), frequent dropped calls, latency......... ANy ideas or help would be appreciated
