Does anyone in Ring Central Management Care?

Who can I contact to get good support? I have been working with level 2 support for five weeks on a presence issue. They keep having me do the same packet capture tests over and over and over but they have no idea how to fix the issue. This week the presence feature stopped working all together until we reboot every handset in our system. I'm getting no where with the normal support system and I've called every phone number on the contacts page and left voicemails that go unanswered. My sales guy has stopped returning my calls also. Any suggestions? Thanks, Bob S
