Hi Everyone, I think many of us are frustrated too. Here is my problem... - Before the Polycom update : I can transfer calls from a desk Polycom phones to other extension using ##EXT# (Blind) but the soft keys wouldn't work. When I pickup the calls from my iPhone App using Wifi, call transfers work using ##EXT# - After the Polycom update CAN NOT use ##EXT# but the soft keys on the Polycom works. (A fix but created another standard # option problem). As for my iPhone App, using Wifi, well, like the desktop Polycom Phones, ##EXT# no longer works :( HORRIBLE!!! I was depending on this for all employee to use their iPhone App instead of having secondary phones with them!!! This is like Bell Canada with a # functions that don't work and creates a chain reaction. I hope to hear a fix or have the fix ASAP, otherwise, it is enough trouble for many years of these types of operation-killer disaster.
